In partnership with Downtown Rochester and the Rochester Museum and Science Center we’ve been attending meetings over the last year to talk about what this eclipse means to our beautiful city. One of the ways we as a business could help offer love to all of our visitors was hosting an event.
What better way to celebrate an eclipse than to set our intentions for our new life. An eclipse is know as a time to let go and to witness totality can often times be a once in a lifetime experience for folks.
We’ve all had quite a go in life so far and it’s time to let go of everything that holds us back. It’s time to set our new intentions into motion. It’s time to manifest our future, but how do we go about that transition?

It starts with creating a vision with intention. Close your eyes and begin to envision your life and how beautiful and wonderful it is. If you snapped your fingers and your life was the way you wanted it… that’s the vision I’m talking about. What does it look like? What does it feel like?
Secondly, you’ll need to believe that it’s possible. We know that whatever we can envision is possible because it’s already happened somewhere before. If it’s possible for someone else, why shouldn’t it be possible for you? It is. Believe it.
