Skin Tone
Skin tone has been the death of some. Skin tone has caused debates and lines have been drawn. Skin tones have caused the NRA to bear arms. Skin tone has caused mayhem, ruckus, grief, long-term jail sentences, and castrations. Skin tone caused all the great leaders a short life, divisive for some no justice no peace for others. We tend to chase fame and headlines but never embrace the true character of men. Why was my skin tone a cause for alarm, named 3/5’s in the constitution? There will be no restitution. The conclusion for some has been epic. Our skin tone caused us to kneel for the flag, march in DC, try to change legislation, we elected a Chief of staff but the mass said he brought shame to the red, white and blue. We have lost the majority of court battles. We have lost a sense of self. We are jailed, never prevail and the blue that shoots us are justified and given their guns back. How are we supposed to react? Is It all because of our skin tone! We are told that we had a pigmentation deficit. The skin tone is a relevant situation. Why are we treated unjust and have a poor outlook and no expectations? I continue to consult with Revelations.
Is light really right? Why does black always tend to fade? Is there really legal representation for my skin, the pain seems to never end. Are we cursed, is this a sin? How come my skin won’t let me win? Is this a false alarm? Why do we continue to receive threats of bodily harm? Skin tone has caused the lighter skinned to argue with darker skinned, and we are all on the same team. We are supposed to come together and win. Economic ramifications have led some to stray, when will my skin tone allow us a large payday?
Ill-mannered society hates my skin tone but wants it. Some tan to have my skin tone but not award us economic freedoms. Cleopatra was played out as fair skinned but she had melanin. A false state, how irate? Why is there so much hatred toward my skin, will the pain ever end. We continue to consult with God but why skin tone always proves me wrong. We are all Gods people, our skin tone should never have us treated like second class citizens but then again we live in a false state where everything is about race. Is this justified? This happens worldwide, my skin tone is relevant stop treating me like I am negligent.
